The Goalie Coach

All head coaches are encouraged to dedicate one of the assistant coaches to be responsible for goalie development.  This person does not need a goaltending background, just an adult volunteer who is willing to work with one or two players in a specialized role.

Goalies are often over looked on minor hockey teams.  We hope your team will take the opportunity to develop your goaltenders.
