Please be advised that we have scheduled our playoff coaches meeting as required by Hockey Winnipeg for Wednesday, February 26th at the South Winnipeg Community Center - Richmond site located at 666 Silverstone.
If you are receiving this notice, you are listed as a coach for a SWHA hosted team. Attendance is mandatory and we strongly recommend the head coach to attend. If the head coach cannot attend, an active rostered official is required to attend in their place.
The attendance sign in must be signed by a current rostered official. If the meeting is not attended, the team's head coach will be issued a one game suspension. This will be checked by Hockey Winnipeg and suspensions are issued every year.
We also require a playoff representative for each SWHA hosted division to be present. Here are the divisions for which we need representatives:
- U9 A
- U11 A1
- U15 A1-A Female
