Notice is hereby given that the 12th Annual General Meeting of South Winnipeg Hockey Association will
be held at South Winnipeg Community Centre – Richmond on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.

The following order of business shall be observed (but may not be limited to) at the Annual General
Meeting of the Association:

• Identification of the Executive Officers and Community Centre Representatives
• Approval of the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting
• Business Arising from the Previous Minutes
• Executive Officers' Reports
• New Business
• Amendments to Constitution and By-Laws
• Election of Executive Officers
  • Vice President Ice & Scheduling - Vacant
  • Treasurer
  • Vice President A (U11 & U13) - Vacant
  • Vice President Female Hockey - Vacant
  • Secretary - Vacant
• Adjournment

Any community member wishing to run for an Executive Officer position must be in attendance or have
provided the Past President (Warren Hruska, warrenhruska@gmail.com) an email indicating they will
accept the nomination to a specific position.

Registration will commence at 7:00 p.m. with the meeting to begin promptly at 7:30 p.m.
